Samuel Marti, Paris, circa 1900, the panels signed 'Lefranc' Having a 3.5-inch Arabic dial with floral garland decoration, the two-train movement, half hour striking on a bell, with Samuel Marti 1900 Exhibition stamp, the high quality hexagonal case surmounted by an urn with berry finial over painted porcelain musical trophies between s-scroll handles, on a fluted platform within six corner finials, the six-panel body with bevelled glazed doors and rear panels, the angled side panels each painted with a full-length portrait of a maiden signed "Lefranc", between fluted sunken columns extending as toupie feet, 38cm, (15") high, (sold with porcelain-centred pendulum, plus winder), the urns each with waisted beaded neck and cast mask side handles, the ovoid porcelain bodies each with further signed figure, on a knopped stem and lobed hexagonal base with toupie feet, 29cm, (11.5") high, (3)
