Depicting a queen or goddess, her head turned and tilted to her right, the oval face with a spade-shaped forehead and a pointed chin, the fleshy lips slightly parted, the unarticulated almond-shaped eyes with thick lids, her arching brows merging with the bridge of the nose, her hair center parted and rolled back, likely finished in stucco at the back, with a central projection drilled on either side 4¼ in. (10.8 cm.) high
