A group of assorted 19th century ivory sewing implements and objets d'art Estimate £120-180 - reeded and ring turned clamp with reel and pin cushion top, a little discoloured otherwise good, cushion pad replaced, 12.75cm - cylindrical ivory needle holder with red and black stained roundel decoration, 8cm, natural flaws in the material - tapered cylindrical needle case with threaded connection, decorated in red and black dotted scrolls, 7.75cm - cylindrical needle case? with gilt metal mounts, lacking something from one end and discoloured, 7.75cm - slender ring turned ivory tool with pierced spiral fluted centre, 6.5cm - turned ivory wheel with acorn finial and solid handle, 11.5cm, minor discolouration - ivory handled steel crochet needle with gilt rim and gold plaque engraved with a coronet and crest, 15.5cm, some oxidisation - engine turned basket shaped pin cushion with later red pad, 3.5cm, minor pitting - Brise fan painted with flowers, one leaf broken, one guard broken and one guard missing, ribbon distressed, some paint flaking, 13cm - tiny turned ivory thread winder? with black stained ring turning, 2.5cm - Dieppe ivory pipe tamper? carved as a fisherman, 5cm, possibly reduced at the base - filigree pierced hexagonal basket with red silk joints 5.5cm - small turned ivory cup, may once of been a stand for something, 2.75cm - ivory silk winder of elliptical form, 7cm - tiny circular ivory box with threaded connection and one small split, height 1cm - needle holder with turned ivory ends and central steel column, 18.5cm, some oxidisation - turned shell needle case with white metal lid and liner, 8cm, small chipping around the tip - turned hardwood and ivory tool with one finial broken away and missing, looks incomplete, 7.25cm - incomplete articulated ivory tool or pick, modelled as a bird, 8cm - turned and carved ivory handle, incomplete, 5.5cm - small pierced ivory panel with two birds, 5.5cm, split to one side
