Ovchinnikov with the Imperial Warrant, Moscow, 1893 Rectangular, on four circular stepped feet, the body and hinged cover decorated with opaque and translucent cloisonné enamel with stylized floral, foliate and geometric motifs, the cover applied with raised roundel enclosing an en-plein enamel coat of arms of Riazan' province, the sides applied with twelve en-plein enamel coats of arms of the Riazan' districts, each end with stylised swing handle, marked under base 12¾ in. (32.5 cm.) long
