M PENMAN in appreciation of his arduous & efficient services as Secretary to the Society for upwards of 14 Years Feb. 11 t h 1871 ; a 19th-Century pair of horn spectacles with pierced terminals to the sides in a black-lacquered case with mother-of-pearl decoration; and an early 20th-Century pair of faux-tortoiseshell folding spectacles in an oval case (4)
