Comprising: 1) Priming horn: 4 1/2 inch section of cow horn with brass spout with wooden stopper above a neatly sewn tarred leather collar; body with simple incised band above a convex wooden plug secured by iron nails and fitted with staple retaining a cow horn powder measure held by plaited twine. 2) A 3 7/8ths inch example with simple carved spout, the slightly convex wooden plug with iron staple. 3) A 3 inch dark green example of simple form with wooden stopper plug. 4) An unusual example formed of a 2 inch section of partially flattened cow horn fitted with stepped 1 1/2 inch wooden spout and domed wooden plug, the latter fitted with small iron staple, the spout with carved wooden stopper. 5) A soapstone mold for a .69 caliber musket ball, possibly Revolutionary War period. 6) A wooden mold with metal insert for a .60 caliber ball in the style of the Revolutionary War era. 7) A badly corroded two-cavity .44 caliber bullet mold. 8) A crudely made shot pouch formed of a tubular piece of wood with conforming lid and attached bag of blue and white tickling. Condition: 1), 2), 4) Showing areas of wear and light marks. 3) With insect damage and a split and large chip missing at plug. 5), 6) Light marks. 8) Bag stained and torn.
