Comprising: 1) An American eagle pommel officer's sword, circa 1830-50, 25 1/4 inch blade engraved with conventional motifs; brass hilt with Federal eagle langet, eagle head quillon, knucklebow with central panel embossed with a star, eagle head pommel, reeded bone grip. 2) Continental hunting sword, 24 inch single edged blade engraved with florals and a Turk's head; engraved brass guard; walnut grip. 3) Model 1860 staff sword, 22 inch blade; hilt of standard pattern. 4) Small sword, narrow 25 inch blade of hexagonal section; brass hilt with one quillon and ring remaining, ovoid pommel, wooden grip with Turk's heads. 5) French Gras bayonet, dated 1877, with scabbard. 6) Broadsword scabbard, 39 1/2 inches x 2 1/4 inches, leather-covered, brass throat. 7) Late 18th/early 19th century sword blade, curved 25 1/2 inch with triple fullers, with leather scabbard which retains two brass mounts. Condition: 1) Blade shortened, pitting, hilt very good.2) Areas of pitting, grip with light marks. 3) Replaced blade, hilt badly deformed. 4) Pitting overall, hilt broken. 5) Areas of pitting/light spotting overall. 6) Scuffed but sound. 7) Showing areas of pitting. Scabbard with scuffing, holes and missing throat.
