A LOUIS PHILIPPE ORMOLU, PATINATED BRONZE AND BLACK MARBLE THREE-PIECE CLOCK GARNITURE THE BRONZE FIGURE CAST FROM A MODEL BY JEAN JACQUES PRADIER, SECOND QUARTER 19TH CENTURY Comprising a clock and a pair of six-light candelabra; CASE: Surmounted by a seated Orientalist female nude signed 'Pradier', above a rectangular case with canted angles applied with corbels on a spreading vine-cast plinth cornered by lion's-masks with scrolled feet DIAL: Relief cast with enamel Roman numerals MOVEMENT: Twin barrels with rack strike on bell; pendulum, winding key, the candelabra en suite , modelled with putti emblematic of the Arts supporting a central candelabrum issuing five 'S'-scroll branches The clock: 26½ in.
