A PAIR OF ORMOLU AND BRONZE FOUR-LIGHT CANDELABRA, one of a young man, the other of a young maiden, each scantily-draped and lifting a cylindrical body with stiff-leaf brace and a foliate finial at the base and issuing four foliate and scrolling branches headed by a satyr's mask and with scrolling dolphins and terminating in circular drip-pans and urn-shaped nozzles with a stiff-leaf base and lotus and palmette rim, surmounted by an eagle on a globe, on a waisted plinth with berried laurel wreath edge and on an octagonal socle, both inscribed in red crayon 999 32½in. (82.5cm.) high (2)
