A set of twelve famille rose joss stick holders modelled as zodiac groups each with a figure standing holding a circular plaque with symbol representing one of the twelve earthly branches, the twelve animals of the zodiac modelled before them, a rat, an ox, a tiger, a rabbit, a dragon, a snake, a horse, a goat, a monkey, a cockerel, a dog and a pig, the figures variously wearing tabbed hats, tunics and long flowing robes, decorated with cloud scrolls and their respective zodiac animal, set on turquoise glazed square bases with canted corners -- all approx. 5¼in. (13.3cms) high, fitted wood stands carved with scrolling lotus, Jiaqing , (one figure with head broken and restuck, tiger's tail broke and restuck, rabbit's ear broken and restored, some with firing flaws, slight rubbing and wear, some stands with minor damage).
