A small collection of American silver flatware and cutlery: a rare late 19th century combination fork and knife by William Wilson & Son, Sterling, for the use of disabled persons, especially those injured during the American Civil War, applied with, a very small section of a three-pronged fork, the handle decorated with trailing leaves, a mid-19th century fiddle pattern spoon, probably American, stamped 'Sterling' in a banner, an American fruit serving spoon by Rogers, Bros., a sugar, spoon, by the Whiting Manufacturing Company, a large teaspoon or a small dessert spoon by Gorham, together with a pair of ice/sugar tongs, by the Whiting Manufacturing Company (6) Provenance: The Tim Wonnacott Collection.
