Most of the photographer's imprints are from the Northern Michigan cities of Petoskey and Charlevoix; five of the cabinet images with the imprint of Choate of Carlisle, Pa. The subjects are apparently Ojibwa. Images are housed in an early 20th c. style photograph album, with celluloid covers, the front depicting a Polish seal, the back with green cloth.
