AN EMBROIDERED PANEL WORKED IN COLOURED SILKS, couched gilt threads and embellished with spangles on an ivory silk ground with a basket of flowers and birds within a trailing floral border tied with a ribbon - 18in. x 14in. (46cm. x 35cm.) framed and glazed, 19th Century; a cover of crimson velvet with a border on three sides of chinè velvet, the fourth side border detached, 19th Century - 72in. x 37 in., 8½in. x 66in.; a collection of assorted silk and cotton pelmets and fragments, variously printed, woven and embroidered, dating from the 18th Century; a short joined length of glazed chintz, the tea-coloured ground printed in shades of blue and brown, the centre with flower posies set in cartouches within a double lateral border of flowers and leaves - 37in. x 51in., 19th Century, (very fragile); a small needlework rug of coloured wools in cross-stitch with a design of pink and white roses and acanthus leaves, within a border of flower-filled cartouches, 46in. square, mid 19th Century; and a travelling rug of light green plush, backed with cream plush and mock ermine tails - 68in. x 45½in., early 20th Century (6)
