AN EMERALD AND DIAMOND PARURE, BY ELIE CHATILA The necklace designed as a series of graduated flowerheads, each mounted with oval-shaped emerald petals to the brilliant-cut diamond centre interspersed by brilliant-cut diamond floral clusters and marquise-cut diamond spacers of foliate motif, to the diamond-set line and scalloped line border, suspending a similarly-set detachable pendant/clip brooch composed of a cascade of six oval-shaped emeralds each mounted within a brilliant-cut diamond surround; bracelet, ear pendants and ring en suite, with custom-made presentation case and certificate, necklace inner circumference 40.0cm, pendant/brooch 11.0cm long, ear pendants 8.0cm long, bracelet 18.0cm long, ring size 6½ Emeralds stated to weigh a total of 212.22 carats. Diamonds stated to weigh a total of 137.19 carats. Stated to be mounted in 18K white gold. Accompanied by report no. 57090 dated 19 August 2010 from SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the emerald weighing 11.45 carats is of Colombian origin, with moderate clarity enhancement (6)
