AN ENGLISH DELFT BLUE AND WHITE TIERED CYLINDRICAL POWDER AND PATCH-BOX AND COVER AND A CIRCULAR SALVER BOTH CIRCA 1720, THE FIRST PROBABLY LONDON OR BRISTOL, THE SECOND PROBABLY LONDON The circular powder and patch-box formed from two tiers, the cover with a button finial, painted with flowering branches below lappet or stylised flowerhead borders within blue-line rims, the salver resting on three scroll-moulded bracket-shaped pad feet, painted with a central arrangement of flowers and foliage, the rim with a stiff-leaf border and blue-line rim (cover with chip to rim and flange, salver with chip to rim and one foot) The powder and patch-box 3¾ in.
