Francis Hutchinson (1660-1739), a British clergyman, studied several cases of witchcraft and witch trials, criticising some procedures. A chronicle of events attributed to witches from the year 14 A.D. through 1701. Complete, with half-title present. Sabin 34063. Lot Amendments Condition: Stains to leather, and edge wear; name in ink and faint dampstain on top of half title; very good. Sold as is. Item number: 208362
