Beschreibung:

by Keith Murray 1934, comprising large cocktail shaker, twelve cups, twelve coasters or ashtrays, and large circular tray, all with concentric ring detail, Sterling silver made in Japan. Height of shaker 11 inches. Diameter of tray 15 inches. Note: This is the only example of the set to be recorded, and it is therefore quite likely that it is the actual example illustrated in the prestigious "Studio" Yearbook of 1935. Murray’s designs for Wedgwood and for Mappin and Webb are highly popular in Japan, where this set was made presumably for the export market.
