An Ishiguro School Tsuba, ten others and a kozuka Edo Period, 17th/19th Century an octagonal iron plate inlaid with half-cut walnuts in copper and gilt, hammered rim, signed Ryuoken Masachika , with wood box and Tokubetsu kicho certificate by N.B.T.H.K. -- 7.6cm; a mokkogata iron plate carved with genjiko, flowers and scrolling foliage -- 7.4cm; a plain circular plate, signed Tadahiro -- 7.8cm ; an Owari style iron tsuba pierced with hishimon -- 6.7cm; a mokkogata brass plate pierced with double dragons -- 6.9cm; an oval brass ishimeiji plate -- 5.5cm; a large iron plate pierced with flying geese -- 8.1cm; a circular black copper plate carved with a dragon amongst waves -- 7cm; a circular iron plate pierced with Daikoku and Ebisu -- 7.7cm; a Nanban tsuba -- 6.2cm; an oval shakudo tsuba -- 5.5cm; and a shakudo nanakoji kozuka decorated with a gilded lobster -- 21.9cm long.
