An Omega Seamaster Calendar Automatic 18ct gold cased gentleman's wristwatch, circa 1960, ref. 2849 SC-8, circular pearlised silver dial, raised gold faceted arrowhead batons, black minute markers, calendar aperture at 3 o'clock, gold luminous dauphine hands, gold centre seconds hand, movement caliber 503, serial 17195643, with Seamaster 'Seahorse' insignia relief to case back, the snap case back stamped inside with hammer head mark (marteau sans manche) for maker Serva S.A., Helvetia head 18K grade mark, and model number, further stamped to lugs, on a modern brown crocodile skin strap, dial 26mm, case 34mm, 37mm across crown, 49.0g gross, with Omega branded red leather box. Notes: in good working condition, winds well, calendar and hands set well, runs across 1hr test, however Batemans cannot guarantee its continued operation.
