AN OPAQUE-TWIST CORDIAL GLASS THIRD QUARTER 18TH CENTURY The stem with a pair of spiral cables on a domed foot 17cm high Together with an airtwist wine glass, mid 18th century, with a waisted bucket bowl on an inverted baluster stem filled with spiral threads and with basal knop and conical foot, 16cm high (2) Provenance: With original Arthur Churchill receipt for both glasses, purchased 16/10/57. Condition Report: No chips or resinous infills identified. Opaque twist Bowl = 4.7cm diam; foot = 6.7cm Airtwist bowl= 6.2cm diam. 7.4cm diam. Possible light polishing to the foot rims but remember: .
