Antique Gold, Enamel and Diamond Open Face Pocket Watch with Pair Case, Patek Phillipe, Retailed by Tilden & Thurber 18 kt., mechanical, centering a circular white porcelain dial with green Arabic numerals, track indicator and Louis XV style gold hands, the case applied with green enamel with gold garland detail, accented by rose-cut diamonds, reverse with colorful painted Cupid framed in rose-cut diamonds, within a repoussé pair case featuring Zeus, Hera and Cupid, diameter approximately 32 mm., dial signed Patek Philippe & Cie., Geneve, movement signed Patek Philippe & Cie., no. 104820, case no. 216558, circa 1905, retailed by Tilden & Thurber Co., Providence, circa 1905, enamel loss, approximately 25.5 dwts. gross. C
The movement is currently running, but not guaranteed to be in working order. Several light scratches on crystal, scratch on crystal under 12:00. Several areas of enamel loss on sides of case. Pendant-watch diameter 1 inch. Case diameter 1 1/4 inch.
