Antique Gold, Enamel and Diamond Open Face Lapel Watch, Vacheron & Constantin 18 kt., the circular case centering one old-mine cut diamond, within a gold and white enamel flower motif, framed by blue guilloche enamel, outlined in white enamel, further edged by gold, dotted with small rose-cut diamonds, bordered by blue guilloche enamel, surmounted by a flowing gold bow and small florets and leaves, supported by a white and blue enamel rectangular plaque centering one rose-cut diamond, flanked by gold leaves, the dial of engine-turned and matte silver, movement, case, cuvette and dial signed Vacheron & Constantin, case # 203304, movement # 339932, circa 1890. With signed box.
Movement is currently running, though not guaranteed to be in working order. Good condition. Diameter: 1 1/8" Length: 2 5/8"
