Highlights include a sixth plate portrait of a man with a mustache wearing a fur hat, housed in a pressed paper case; a sixth plate portrait of a gentleman with a perturbed expression wearing a top hat with striped fabric embellishment, housed in a pressed paper case; a sixth plate portrait of a gentleman with a condescending expression wearing a short, flat-rimmed hat and necktie, housed under mat, glass, and preserver (no case); and a ninth plate portrait of a young bearded gentleman with arms folded and wearing a uniform-style hat (similar to that of a train conductor's hat), housed in a half pressed paper case. Six images housed in full cases (including one with mother-of-pearl inlay), one image housed in a case fully separated at spine, five images housed in half cases, and one image housed under mat, glass, and preserver (no case).
