Autograph album containing letters, inscriptions, signatures and signed photographs of members of the Royal family, politicians, musicians and actors, including signed cabinet cards of Queen Alexandra, Edward VII (signed as Albert) and Henry Irving; letters by George V (signed as George P) and Joseph Chamberlain; signatures of Winston Churchill Queen Victoria, David Lloyd George, Stanley Baldwin, Ramsay MacDonald, Austen Chamberlain, Neville Chamberlain, Samuel Hoare, Aga Khan, Edward Elgar and Sergei Rachmaninoff, and others; all pasted into album; oblong folio, contemporary green half calf gilt, 19th-20th century -- Provenance: Presented to the vendor by Georgie Woods in May 1969, as described in an inscription to front inside cover. -- Sold as seen.
