Foppens (1st ed. by J.B. Christyn: of this nice topographical bestseller. New revised editions were successful during the whole 18th c. (last ed. in 5 vol.: 1786). Complete according the table of contents with frontispiece, and engraved illustrations by Jacques Harrewijn, except "La cour de Bruxelles" by Kemnitz, incl. a folding map of the Low Countries, city maps and 7 views of monuments. Ref. De le Court - Not in STCN (only Dutch ed. 1785). Prov. J.J.A. Poley (ex-libris). - Hubert Marjan (libr. stamp). - Old ms. ownership on title deleted.
