London: Thomas Raynalde and William Hyll, 1549. Four parts in one volume. 2° (305 x 200mm.). Black letter, double column. Title to New Testament within woodcut border, woodcut initials, with blank DDd 8 . (General title and last three leaves in facsimile, some leaves remargined with occasional headline partially supplied in manuscript, some leaves with small wormholes, some leaves slightly soiled.) Old-style morocco by F. Bedford, covers with gilt fillets and cornerpieces, spine gilt in compartments, slightly soiled, g.e. Provenance : Henry White (bookplate). A reprint of Matthew's Bible of 1537. DMH 75; STC 2078.
