Engraved portrait of the author and 10 plates including a woodcut plate, a few engraved illustrations in the text, half-title, 13 (12 double-page) genealogical tables (a little offsetting). Binding and provenance uniform with the above. Second edition. Upcott III, pp.1384-86. With 6 other topographical books on Devon and Cornwall, including Martin Dunsford's Historical Memoirs of the Town and Parish of Tivedrton (Exeter, 1790, lacks portrait and final errata leaf, second edition) and Richard Carew's Survey of Cornwall (London, 1811).
