Volumes I, III-V only, 8, half titles, titles in red and black with engraved vignettes, engraved frontispiece, contemporary red morocco by Derome with his ticket, triple gilt fillets and floral corner pieces, flat spines with gilt ruling, lettering and floral ornament (corners rubbed and slightly bumped, slight scuffing and fading to covers). With 68 other volumes bound in leather or vellum, including volumes III-IV only of Froissart's Histoire et Cronique (Lyon, 1560, folio) in 19th-century calf, and other part sets. The lot sold as a collection of bindings not subject to return. (72)
