Watercolor: Affixed to the mat with archival tape at the upper left and right corners of the verso. Tape residue visible on the recto at upper right. Toned and faded. Small 1/2" tear along upper center edge; small loss along left center edge. Area of repair at center, surrounding the two largest flags: paper is abraided; four scratches appear (possibly repaired tears), the largest 2"; area is reinforced on the verso.
