Lot consists of two Russian semi-automatic and bolt action rifles. (A) C.D.I. imported SKS. Russian receiver manufactured by Tula Arsenal in 1952. Matching numbers include receiver, bolt, floorplate, and stock. Complete with sling. CONDITION: Metal components show little wear to finish aside from minor handling marks. Stock is good, showing losses to varnish and scattered handling marks. Mirror bore with strong rifling. Action locks up tightly. (B) M44 import marked on bayonet swivel. Russian receiver manufactured by Izhevsk in 1946. Matching numbers include receiver and buttplate. CONDITION: Metal components are in good condition showing handling marks, aside from the magazine housing which shows heavy thinning and wear to finish with light corrosion. Stock is good, showing loss to varnish and scattered handling marks. Bore is bright, aside from some light corrosion, strong rifling throughout. Action locks up tightly.
