Manufactured in 1943. Springfield Armory M1 Garand rifle has been rebuilt and upgraded with later production World War II USGI parts. Springfield Armory 4-45 dated barrel, un-modified or cut Springfield Armory operating rod, and appropriate Springfield Armory marked and inspected internal parts including hammer, bolt, trigger assembly, safety, bullet guide, etc. CONDITION: The bore is bright and shiny with sharp lands and grooves. TE reading: 1+. ME reading: 1+ . Action operates properly. Walnut stocks have been arsenal refinished and are void of cartouche, however are RIA inspected and have circle "P" inspection at pistol grip. Rifle comes with CMP certificate indicating it was sold as a receiver only in June of 2006.
