(A few occasional spots). Orginal cloth, arms of Marlborough stamped in gilt on front covers (inner hinges split).

Also included is a typed compliment slip (dated 19 September 1947) and two typed letters to Ronald Golding discussing sending a signed set of Marlborough and other books by Churchill to Golding, signed by N. Sturdee (Nina, Lady Onslow, nee Sturdee (1920-2006), who was Churchill's private secretary). (2)
