Co. Buffalo, NY. Glass Paperweight of Pan American Exposition Temple of Music, 1901. Glass paperweight 4x2½" with under-mounted Temple of Music photograph with inset portrait of William McKinley McKinley was shot at the Temple of Music by Leon Czolgosz on September 6, 1901. The Illustrated London News. London, UK. Visit of the Prince of Wales to India. Cream colored mat 20x15" of newspaper page with photographer taking picture of the Prince of Wales along with the King and Queen of Greece. Newspaper page approximately 15x10". Dated November 6, 1875. The Illustrated London News. London, UK. A Wedding Party At The Photographers, A Special Supplement. Cream colored mat 21x26" of newspaper full-page illustration of a wedding party and their photographer. Full-page is approximately 15x20". Dated February 22, 1873. Not examined outside of mat covering. Photographic Medallion of Young Girl. Circular 6" medallion of young woman with curly hair. Chicago based Columbia Portrait Company had three founders, Thomas J. Ogara, Thomas J. Durkin, and C.M. Stumcke and was incorporated in 1893. The name of the company was inspired by the Chicago’s World Fair of 1893 where they may have made their introduction. Portrait of a Young Girl Printed On Blue Silk Material. Cream colored mat 19x19" with portrait of a curly haired young girls in frill dress, bow in her hair. Material portrait approximately 18x18". Red Velvet Box With Harbor Seascape. 4½x6x2", red velvet covered box, beveled edges, red ribbon opening tab, red paper lined interior. Seascape with gazebo, bench seating area for audience, people gathered. Lot Amendments Condition: Images very good, most near fine. Handling wear to red velvet box, else very good. Lots sold without reserve are sold “as Is” and are not returnable under any circumstances.
