(Soiling, many edges frayed, many creasefolds split, a few maps torn, including Price's A correct map of the world . [London: c.1730s].) Contemporary half calf (worn and defective, lacking green silk ties).

Hand-coloured. (Mounted, browned, soiled, with some closed tears.) McCorkle, New England in Early Printed Maps , 756.2 -- and [BOWEN, Emanuel]. A New Chart of the Vast Atlantic Ocean; Exhibiting The Seat of War both in Europe and America, likewise the Trade Winds & Course of Sailing from one Continent to the other . London: 1755. There are also 3 maps of Asian interest and 2 of Africa. Sold as a collection of maps, not subject to return.
