'Necessity shown to be the Mother of Invention, and Mrs Glasse (without any Reflections) outdone by a visible Recipe for preparing a Dish, that in point of cheapness and facility, is superior to any thing in the Whole Art of Cookery. In this Part, for the amusement of the curious, the following paradoxes, are satisfactorily proved, viz....that omelts may be made without eggs, and fried without fire...'.
