A fine copy. Blackmer praised this edition. According to him, it was a scarce edition with a new translation, directly from the Italian, it had appeared only in octavo and its newly drawn plates are slight different than theses of the other editions (several engraved directly from drawings of Dutch engineers in the Venetian army).
