(Upper corner of title defective, repaired with loss of seven letters and part of ruled border, small rectangle cut from margin of second leaf, a few headlines, notes, bottom text lines and table shaved by binder). Nineteenth century crimson morocco gilt (Rubbed). Second printing (distinguished by the spelling "equality" in title) the same year as the first.
