32 Volumes. (4to) light brown buckram. Reprint. Loÿs Henri Delteil a.k.a. Leo Delteil (1869–1927), was a French engraver and lithographer, publisher, dealer, art historian and compiler of 19th-century graphics catalogues. His work brought the catalogue raissoné to its peak through the use of photoengraved reproductions and meticulous attention to bibliographic detail. "Delteil included along with the bibliographical references brief notes on the works, their previous listing in earlier catalogs, the sale history, and the disposition of plates." The present set is a reprint of his classic 31 volume work. Da Capo Press included an appendix volume with glossary. Each volume with rubber stamp and card pocket of previous owner.
