A HANDSOME, UNIFORMLY-BOUND PAIR, EXTRA-ILLUSTRATED WITH ELEVEN ORIGINAL WATERCOLOURS BY 'KYD'. A total of nine Christmas Numbers of 'All The Year Round' were issued between 1859 and 1867, the last 5 (1863-1867) in blue wrappers. Writing in 1932, Eckel judged that 'in a good state [the Christmas Numbers] are hard to find' (p.197). (2)
