Original cream half-cloth and brown boards, front cover blocked in blind, spine lettered in gilt, top edge gilt, others rough-trimmed (light spotting on spine, gilt flaking in places); original slipcase (repaired, stained); cloth folding box with cloth chemise for the additional plate. FIRST EDITION, DELUXE ISSUE IN THE ORIGINAL SLIPCASE. ONE OF 350 COPIES SIGNED BY ULLMAN AND PETERKIN, AND WITH AN ADDITIONAL SIGNED PHOTOGRAVURE.
