ELVIS PRESLEY An original 5-page publishing agreement between Elvis Presley, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Presley and Hill and Range Songs, Inc., dated November 21, 1955. This also agreement established the formation of Elvis Presley Music, Inc., for which Elvis was to purchase 50 shares of stock and Hill and Range the other 50, at a price of $1.00 per share. The agreement named Elvis as president and director, and Vernon Presley as vice-president and director. In addition to the standard royalties, Elvis Presley was to receive $1000.00 as a bonus for signing the agreement, $500.00 payable on or before January 15, 1956 and $1000.00 to be paid after the release of the first Elvis Presley record for RCA Victor. The agreement is signed twice Elvis Presley, Vernon Presley (General Guardian of Elvis Presley), Mrs. Vernon Presley and B. Star for Hill and Range Songs, Inc. and initialed four times by all four. All signatures are written in blue pen.
