Ayres, Philip. Emblemata Amatoria: Or, Cupid's Address to the Ladies. London: Printed, and Sold by W. Likely… [and] L. Stokoe, 1714. Letterpress title, remainder engraved. Text in Latin, English, Italian, and French. Period sheep. Choice Emblems... Written for the Amusement of The Right Honourable Lord Newbattle. London: Printed for George Riley, 1772. Woodcut emblems. Lacks at least final leaf; offsetting from flower petals pressed into book, several petals remain. Period sheep, front board detached. Quarles, Francis.
