FABRICIUS, Johann Albert. Bibliotheca Graeca sive notitia scriptorum veterum Graecorum , Hamburg: C. Liebzeit and T.C. Felginer, 1708-28. 14 volumes including index, 4°, titles printed in red and black with woodcut or engraved vignette, engraved frontispiece in each volume apart from volume VI (browned, stronger to some leaves, some gatherings misbound or bound in upside down), contemporary vellum (spines stained at head, probably by glue from leather labels no longer present), contemporary signature of Georg Clemens Draudius in many volumes and occasional annotations. Brunet II, 1153. Second edition of volume I. Volume II is bound with volume I, and is the only volume issued without a separate title, and hence has also no frontispiece. Volume IV is in two parts, each with frontispiece and title; both parts are separately bound. (14)
