VARIOUS PLACES: 1905-1938 A Series of Six Photo Albums, Depicting the Hunting Expeditions of Max C. Fleischmann. Various Places: Ca. 1905-1914. 6 oblong folios (from 10 1/8 x 13 3/4 in.; 258 x 350mm, to 11 3/16 x 15 3/4 in.; 284 x 400mm). 683 silver gelatin prints (from 2 1/8 x 3 9/16 in.; 53 x 90mm, to 10 7/8 x 8 15/16 in.; 277 x 227mm), 31 of which panoramas, mounted onto black album leaves, frequently with manuscript captions in white pencil; minor toning, one or two creases to photos. Full brown limp textured leather, covers with gilt-lettered titles; rubbing to extremities, corners often bumped with minor loss. — 'Shooting Trip to Indo-China'.
