Commemorative print of the Augustinian Order of Brussels, dedicated to the city of Brussels and to the recently deceased Archduke Albrecht of Austria (1559-1621). A chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece encircles an enthroned God the Father, holding a cross. The whole scene is surrounded by eight banners (telling the story of the theft of the Blessed Sacrament), an ornamented cartouche, and a lettered legend in a text margin. Only known state. Ref.
