(printed by Whitner, Bartlett, etc., , the 1842 volume provided in facsimile). One volume uncut, one very worn title page with repairs and few defective or trimmed leaves, various stamps, signatures and ink markings, one volume in facsimile as noted, not fully collated and sold as is. Very rare Tallahassee printed acts of the Florida Territory. Of the various signatures, several bear marking of S.B. Stephens of Quincy, Florida, a colonel and lawyer from New Bern, North Carolina who settled in Quincy in 1836 and assisted in the writing of the Florida Constitution. The lot thirteen volumes.
