The pen was used by James Irwin during the entire flight including while in the LM on the lunar surface. It would usually be stowed in a pocket on the upper-left sleeve of his inflight garment and used for notation of flight plan updates, recording data and instrument values, or making general notes. Fisher pens utilized a pressurized cartridge which allowed ink to flow in the absence of gravity. [With:] Typed letter signed from Mrs. James Irwin (2)
