Features proposals for a building project initiated by Eric Andersen George Brecht and Arthur Koepcke for which 100 Danish kroner was deposited at Bikuben Savings Bank. As the estimated costs were around 6000 million Danish Kroner, the construction was projected to take place in about 284 years. Rare book in original envelope addressed to Tjeerd Deelstra sealed with tape from the Bikuben company. Age toning on cover, else good.
