Some foxing, one page with dog ear, 1 page with some spotting [151], last leaf reinforced with paper in the hinge, the page has a minor tear to outer margin and a minor spot on the verso (blank). The scarce first edition of Ibsen's most famous play. On November 14, 1867, the first edition of a print run of 1.250 copies appeared. A second issue of 2000 copies was published only two weeks later. Edvard Griegs music to the play was originally performed in 1876. Ändringar Första upplagan är insatt i ett senare band.
