Off Sandy Hook..., an early 20th century lithograph likely taken from the original stone, after the original published by Nathaniel Currier (American, 1813-1888), dated 1854 (Conningham, 1143). Identified in inscriptions in the matrix. Lithograph with hand-coloring on paper, sheet size 21 1/2 x 28 7/8 in., in a contemporary molded mahogany frame. Condition: Margins 2 1/4 in. or more, light toning, minor corner crease l.r.
